How to Print Montgomery Cares ID Cards
After completing the Montgomery Cares eligibility determination process, you must print a Montgomery Cares ID Card for your patient if they do not already have one.
1. First, search for the patient and open the Patient Hub. Having the Patient Hub open will allow you to determine the correct MRN and patient details when the card is printed.
2. Next, go to Menu > Reports Tab > eBO reports. This will open a separate window.
3. Login to eBO using your eCW credentials. Then, use the search bar to search for the report
“MCares_ID_Card (English)”
4. When the report opens, enter the Patient’s MRN and click Okay.
5. The report will run and open in PDF format. Scroll to the bottom of the page to ensure the Patient’s
information on the ID card is correct. Match the information against the information in the Patient Hub.
6. To print the ID card, click the printer icon on the top right.
7. After the card is printed, cut the card off the bottom of the form and fold it in half to create the card. Give the card to the patient along with the form above the card. Be sure to explain to your patient that eligibility lasts one year and they must come in for redetermination and a new ID card by the date on their existing Montgomery Cares ID.
